Combine flour and salt in a bowl. Use your hands to gently mix together.
Add cut pieces of butter to flour, pinching with fingers to form crumbs. However, be careful not to over mix, or over handle the dough.
Add cold water and lemon juice and use fists to gently mash and work to combine and form a sticky dough.
Lightly flour board and roll out dough into a large rectangle. Cut dough into small squares. Next, take each corner, and pinch together at each end in order to form a boat shape for the turkey bacon filling.
