Spiced apple filling housed inside of crispy air-fried (or deep fried if preferred) enchiladas with a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar and a caramel drizzle at the end.
Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees.
Cut pastry dough sheets in large circles using a large cookie cutter.
Place a large tablespoon of apple pie filling in the center of cut dough. Then fold over apple filling and crimp the edges shut with a fork.
Baste the uncooked enchiladas with the melted butter.
Air fry in batches until golden brown (usually anywhere between 5 to 10 minutes). Do not overcrowd the fryer pan.
Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture immediately after removing from air fryer. Drizzle with caramel sauce.
Whenever possible choose organic ingredients.
