Crispy chicken with creamy avocado atop of fresh healthy spinach leaves. Serve with dressing of choice or enjoy fresh and as is.

Ingredients

  • 1 Crispy Chicken Breast by Just Bare Lightly Breaded Chicken Breasts prepared and chopped into chunks
  • 2 Avocados sliced or in chunks
  • 1/2 Tomato diced
  • 1 tbsp Red onion sliced
  • Spinach enough for one serving
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Plate fresh spinach first.

  2. Top with tomatoes and onions.

  3. Add chopped, air-fried, and chopped chicken pieces on top.

  4. Serve with dressing of choice or fresh and as is.
