Cheesy and Creamy Buffalo Chicken Recipe

Cheesy and Creamy Spicy Buffalo Chicken mixture that can be served up as a dip, on a tortilla, or on top of noodles for a hearty casserole dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Rotisserie Chicken, shredded I bought Mojo flavored.
  • 1 8 oz Cream Cheese cut into cubed pieces.
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Monterrey Jack Cheese shredded
  • 1/4 cup Bleu Cheese Crumbles or dressing.
  • 2 cups Primal Kitchen Buffalo Sauce or your choice
  • Salt and Pepper, optional and to taste
  • 2 tbsp Chopped chives or scallions to garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, cheeses, and buffalo sauce.

  3. Place the mixture into a baking or small casserole dish. Sprinkle with more cheddar, parmesan and bleu cheese crumbles. Squeeze more buffalo sauce over the top of the chicken and cheese mixture, if desired.

  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until cheese is melty and bubbly.

  5. Enjoy on a tortilla, as a dip with veggies, or bake over cooked noodles if planning to serve as a casserole.
