Crispy Pepperoni Flatbread Pizza Pinwheels

Crispy flatbread with pizza sauce, pepperoni and cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1 Flatbread
  • Pizza Sauce
  • 9 slices Pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Spread pizza sauce over the flatbread, leaving an inch uncovered near the edges horizontally.

  3. Next layer with pepperoni and top with shredded cheese. Roll up the flatbread lengthwise. Place upright in sprayed or nonstick muffin tins.

  4. Bake for 7 to 10 minutes or until edges of flatbread are crisp and cheese is melted.

Recipe Notes

NOTE: One flatbread makes four pinwheels. Use more flatbread to double or increase your recipe.
