The Fudgiest Sugar Free Brownies In Town

Jump to Recipe

Some people like the popular brownie dessert slightly crispy around the edges while others prefer their brownies chewy from center to circumference—that is to say “through and through.” 🤓

So what is my own personal preference regarding these square brown men—well CHEWY WINS HANDS DOWN every time and this particular recipe is honor of this fudgey champ, at least in my opinion.

Nevertheless, for those of you rooting for CRISPY, just take this tasty fudge brownie recipe and bake it a bit longer (maybe about 35 minutes) for those crispy edges.

Ingredients

  • 1 stick Butter, unsalted
  • 1 cup Oat Flour
  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 1/2 cup Dutch Processed Cocoa
  • 1-1/4 cup Besti Monk Fruit Allulose Blend, Granulated Sweetener by Wholesome Yum
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 4 oz Dark Chocolate by the Goalz or other
  • 1/2 cup Almond Milk, unsweetened
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extracf
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1/8 cup Sugar Free Ketogenic Chocolate Chips by the Goalz or other

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. In a pot on medium heat, add butter allowing it to completely melt.

  1. Add the flours, with baking soda and salt already added, to the melted butter stirring continuously for 2-3 minutes.

  2. Then add in the cocoa and sugar, continuously stirring until combined with the flour mixture. Note: The dough will appear sticky and somewhat crumbly.

  3. Add in the chocolate pieces and continue stirring while it melts into the dough.

  4. Next, follow with the milk and vanilla. Continue mixing continually by hand until the milk evaporates into the dough.

  5. Remove immediately from the heat and allow the dough to cool for about 5 minutes.

  6. Whisk the egg separately in a small bowl before adding to the cooled dough.

  7. Stir in the egg and continue mixing until it is completely incorporated into the dough. Note: The dough will appear glossy but still sticky.

  8. Press the dough into an 8×8 or 9×9 square pan lined with buttered or sprayed parchment paper.

  9. Sprinkle with chocolate chips (optional).

  10. Bake only for about the 20 minutes, to insure the brownies remain super fudgey.

  11. Allow the brownies to cool for 30-45 minutes and then refrigerate. Note: Leave brownies out if room temperature is preferable.
