This is just one of many hundred ways I enjoy making healthy bites of spinach. I simply added crunchy water chestnuts for texture and red onions for a taste.
As you already know, spinach is one of my favorite vegetables and is always in my recipe arsenal, index of dishes as well as oftentimes in my meal planning because it is nutrient rich and delicious once it is dressed up a bit.
Just like cauliflower, spinach requires adding spices and seasonings to give it some flavor and I believe I’ve done so in this basic dish—Sautéed Spinach with Water Chestnuts and Onions.
