These tasty peanut butter and chocolate bites are great as dessert appetizers for any occasion or as special snacks packed in your kiddos lunchbox or even at those times when your sweet tooth sensation starts to crave.
This simple recipe only requires peanut butter, powdered sweetener, cacao or cocoa powder, milk, and a little oat flour which is optional.
Because I used only a few tablespoons of oat flour in my initial recipe as a means of always seeking to add fiber to my own diet, I therefore baked the crust for only a few minutes.
However, if preferred, you can simply skip using flour as well as the baking process, because the entire bar will be refrigerated (i.e. the dough crust and peanut butter topping) for several hours to allow it to set. Either way you make it will work deliciously well.

Spread over the top of the cooled chocolate crust. Sprinkle on chopped chocolate pieces or shavings, or chocolate or peanut butter morsels. Refrigerate for at least an hour. Cut into 8 small bar pieces or 12 bite size pieces. Enjoy!
