A simple anytime sausage hotdog or sandwich recipe to be enjoyed at any meal time. Plus, you get to decide the condiments of your own choice. However, I wanted to share here a rather tasty combination that I made with leftover condiments I used from a prior Mexican recipe to make what I refer to as my Holy Smoked Sausage and Quesadilla Cheese Hotdog.

A deliciously cheesy and hot smoked sausage hotdog with the flavors of Mexico.

- Cilantro for garnishing
- 1/4 tsp Salt for seasoning crema sriracha sauce
- Spring Mix or other leafy greens, optional
Instructions
-
Either grill or boil sausage on stovetop.
-
In a small bowl, combine enough of the crema and sriracha together, depending on the number of servings. Sprinkle with salt.
