If you enjoy old-fashioned Milk Cake, a lightly sweetened dense cake, that the primary ingredient consists of–yes you guessed it MILK. Well, introducing my easy bake oven recipe for “Milk Cookies.”
It also consists of a dense texture and is soft and cake-like, and not crispy. However, this cookie is no less delicious than any other. This was a recent recipe developed and thought up in my test kitchen and though it’s just about near perfection, I will continue to strive to make it the perfect “milk cookie.” However, for now enjoy this easy-to-bake-in-the-oven–Milk Cookie.

Easy Bake Oven Milk Cookies
Dense and delicious milk cookies, just like the old-fashioned milk cake, but in cookie form.
Ingredients
- 1 large Egg
- 1-1/2 cups Allulose Sweetener (or Sugar)
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup Whole Milk organic
- 1 cup Almond Flour
- 1 cup Oat Flour
- 2 tbsp White Flour
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Butter, melted optional
Instructions

In a large bowl, stir to combine the egg, sweetener, vanilla, milk, and cooled melted butter (if using).

Next, in another bowl whisk the flours and salt together.

Spoon out 1 heaping tablespoon of the cookie batter onto a nonstick or parchment lined baking sheet. Be sure to space a couple inches apart.

In a preheated oven at 350 degrees, bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes.
