Sweet raspberry fruit with lattice dough crust.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a bowl, gently hand mix all of the ingredients well until combined. Pour into an 8x8 buttered baking dish.
Cut rolled pastry dough into strips lengthwise.
Place lattice over raspberry filling and combining the egg and water together for an egg wash, with a pastry brush spread on the dough.
Bake for 45 minutes or until lattice crust is light golden brown and filling is bubbly.
