This is a super simple recipe you can use to make and diversify your brownie recipe rolodex by making these chewy, Sugar-Free, Double Chocolatey Brownie bites.
Only a few ingredients are needed and these bite-sized brownie balls masterfully come together and the bonus on top of this is that they are absolutely delicious.
Although I rolled these brownie bites in confectioners sweetener which is also sugar-free, they can be substituted and rolled in shredded coconut or any type of chopped nuts of choice.

Ingredients
- 8 oz Dark Chocolate pieces
- 15 oz box Birch Benders Chocolate Brownie Mix, Keto or Organic
- 1/8 cup Confectioners Sugar more for rolling balls
- Pinch of Salt
- 1/2 cup Oat Milk
- 1/4 cup Water room temperature

Preheat oven at 350 degrees.

In a medium sized bowl, combine chocolate pieces, brownie mix, powdered sweetener, salt, oat milk, and water. Stir to thoroughly combine.

In a preheated oven, bake the brownies for 20 minutes. Allow them to cool for at least 15 minutes in order to crumble and handle dough and roll out into 12 regular sized brownie balls. NOTE You want the dough to remain slightly warm in order to fully coat and adhere to powdered sweetener (chopped nuts or coconut).
