”On the road Again!” I’m singing 🎵. That’s the PIZZA road I travel on, on a weekly basis that leads me directly to my kitchen.
So oftentimes I’m all about making that delightfully chewy and inflated pizza dough. However, it depends on my current mood as well as my budget, and today I just wasn’t feeling it— like getting covered in flour or waiting for the dough to rise in a few hours or the drive to the grocery store for a ready made batch.
So I used my go to ingredient (i.e. flatbread) to make my easy flatbread pizza recipes that you are or should be familiar with especially if you frequent my blog. Here is my four ingredient CRISPY FLATBREAD PEPPERONI PIZZA PINWHEELS! These are great if you commonly enjoy pizza like I do and if you are on a budget in this tight economy.
