With St Patrick’s day around the corner I could not resist dropping in another holiday recipe—this time for cookies.

RECIPE VIDEO

Of course, I am watching my weight, so these Gold Dusted Four Leaf Clover Cookies were made up for the kiddos.

Gold Dusted Four Leaf Clover Butter Cookies

These are basic sugar and butter shortbread cookies that are decorated especially for this Irish holiday and for my little leprechauns—my nieces and nephews.

So be sure to make these yummy cookies for you and your family and add a little paraphernalia such as this green gold bucket that came filled with gold and other colorful coins. Also, I dressed the cookies up in edible (i.e. safe to eat) gold dust.
